Refund Policy
No matter the reason, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt of the order, however the items should be as they were received unused and in their original packaging where relevant. Once 30 days have passed, you won't be able to return the items anymore. To contact us you can use the following email address info@arlostreetwear.com. We will give the instructions how to return the goods.
Just bear in mind that you are responsible to cover any return shipping costs, but do not worry as we don't charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once you have shipped your return and it has arrived back to us and been processed we will inform you if it has been accepted. If so, the refund amount should reflect within 7 days through the payment option you used to pay initially for the item.
Exchanges
Not the size or color you are looking for? No problem! All you need to do is contact our customer support and they will assist you how to proceed for the exchange. You are entitled to exchange the product within 14 days from the delivery date.
Cancellations
We strive to process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed.
Damaged or wrong items received
Did you receive a damaged or wrong item? We sincerely apologize, but do not worry, we will deal with it. Please take photos of what the problem is and contact us at info@arlostreetwear.com. We will take care of it.
